ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry with several sites in Sweden. We now need to hire an Electrician for our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in central Skövde. About the Role

You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. In your role, you will, together with your colleagues, work with the electrical and building technical functions in the customer's properties. You are responsible for performing supervision, maintenance, service, repair, assembly, installations, and corrective maintenance of premises and buildings. The tasks also include troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems and identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring the building's electrical systems meet current functional requirements and contribute to increased customer satisfaction. It is natural for you to continuously work on improvements and documentation, as well as participate in and execute various projects.

The role includes daily communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. In addition to technical services, ISS provides several other services at the customer site – e.g., reception and cleaning services – and your role involves collaborating with other ISS colleagues on-site.

This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Your Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for an Electrician who has worked with property operations and maintenance for a few years – preferably in industrial buildings. You must have an ECY certificate, and post-secondary education from a university or a relevant vocational higher education (YH) is meritorious. You have a B-class driver's license.

We also prefer that you have the following knowledge/experience/certificates:

• Experience in contacting subcontractors – obtaining quotes, ordering, and following up.
• Knowledge of energy monitoring and planned maintenance.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written.
• High IT maturity with experience of MS-Office and case management systems.
• You understand the importance of correct data reporting.
• ESA, Hot Work, Lift and Truck License, Safe Lifting, Working at Heights, Mobile Work Platforms, etc.
