Gardener/Landscaper – Seasonal Position 2024

Both gardeners and landscapers work with us. We are growing rapidly and need more staff in all our areas. We are looking for gardeners and landscapers with relevant education or experience for seasonal work starting in April 2024. The duration will be as long as possible depending on the weather, but absolutely at least 6 months!

As a gardener, we are looking for you who want to work independently with responsibility for your own clients. You plan the work, schedule appointments, and then, with the help of colleagues, ensure that the work is carried out according to the client's wishes.

We are also looking for you who want to work with garden maintenance and planting. As part of a pair or a group, you maintain gardens according to the foreman's instructions. We will determine together how independent the work should be. Our tasks include pruning, weed control, all forms of soil improvement, mowing, trimming, planting, leaf management, etc.

We work with biodiversity in mind and take great environmental care. We try to incorporate environmental thinking at all levels and inform our clients to choose the best alternatives for their gardens and the environment together.

Qualifications:

• Machinery experience is an advantage, as you will be driving both large and small lawnmowers.
• A chainsaw license is advantageous.
• A Category B driver's license is required. Experience driving a car with a trailer is advantageous.

Personal qualities:

• Punctual, thorough, and social.
• Can handle a high work pace, is self-initiative, and sees what needs to be done.
• Pleasant attitude towards our clients.
• Good teamwork skills, but also the ability to independently take responsibility for the execution of tasks.
• Good physical fitness and extensive knowledge of gardening and plants.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.
