Bollnäs Health Centre is the largest health centre in Region Gävleborg. It is located at Bollnäs Hospital. Here, we have gathered all our expertise under one roof, creating a strong and competent team with many years of experience in primary care. Together, we make a difference for our approximately 18,000 registered patients. We offer a broad range of healthcare services and work with continuity, quality, and job satisfaction.

Here, you are close to a well-functioning hospital and have personal contact with inpatient colleagues. As an ST Doctor, you will handle the full spectrum of primary care patients, including rural medicine. We guarantee a well-functioning collaboration with competent colleagues from other professions at the health centre. Teamwork is excellent here, and we always put the patient first. One of our strengths is that we have several permanently employed general specialists.

A good training environment with access to collegial supervision in daily work and close collaboration with your supervisor. Scheduled supervision time every week, as well as continuous supervision beyond that. Good contacts with the study director and great opportunities to influence the content of your ST training together with your supervisor. To fit the role, you are:

A licensed doctor with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. You have a strong interest in general medicine and see your future as a general specialist. You thrive in an environment with an open culture where work is patient-focused. You can work independently while maintaining close collaboration with everyone in the team to provide the best care for patients.

Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

Bollnäs Municipality is located in the heart of Hälsingland with nearly 27,000 inhabitants. Live and experience beautiful nature experiences close by, both in summer and winter. Here, you are always close to lakes, forests, and the beautiful surrounding mountains. Sundsvall is located approximately 200 km north of Bollnäs, and Gävle is 100 km to the south.
