Do you want to work in a broad and operational marketing role where you can combine digital marketing, content production, and project management? Gothia Kompetens is now looking for an experienced marketing communicator for a consulting assignment during a transition period.

About the assignment

As a marketing communicator, you will become part of the marketing team and be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on marketing activities in both ongoing work and project form. The assignment is operational and suits you if you can quickly adapt to new contexts and drive the work forward with high quality. You will work closely with the organization's products and content, targeting audiences within preschool, school, healthcare, and social care.

Your responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Plan and execute marketing activities in digital channels 
• Create and adapt content for social media, newsletters, and campaigns 
• Coordinate and drive marketing activities and launches 
• Work with advertising on Meta and LinkedIn 
• Produce marketing materials and simpler graphic content 
• Work with CRM and email systems linked to customer journeys and dispatches 
• Collaborate with external partners, authors, and internal stakeholders 

An important part of the role is working with Grundskoletidningen (The Primary School Magazine) and Förskoletidningen (The Preschool Magazine), where the focus is on developing relationships with existing subscribers as well as creating activities to reach new target groups and increase the number of readers. You will also work on marketing book publications, both by marketing existing titles and planning launches of new books.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with relevant education in marketing, communication, or equivalent, and with several years of experience in operational marketing and communication work, preferably within B2B.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience with:

• Digital marketing in social media and email
• Campaign management and advertising on Meta and LinkedIn  
• Content production and target-group-adapted communication 
• Independent project work and coordination of several parallel activities 

You express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are structured, self-initiative, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with coordination and have an easy time prioritizing and driving activities forward. You have strong communication skills, are confident in formulating messages for different target groups, and work carefully with high quality in everything you deliver.

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and is expected to last until February 2027. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and will spend your working days at Gothia Kompetens on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. There is an opportunity for some remote work.
