Are you a technically curious engineer eager to help develop tomorrow's manufacturing processes? We are looking for a Process Engineer who wants to combine practical work with technical analysis and development in a high-tech environment.

About the role
As a Process Engineer, you will play a central role in developing, improving, and securing manufacturing processes in an advanced production environment. You will work closely with production and contribute your technical expertise to enhance both quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Having overall responsibility for processes within your area, from daily monitoring to long-term development.
• Developing and improving processes to meet production and development needs, ensuring stable and efficient operations.
• Creating clear instructions and routines for daily operations and training technicians in new tools and methods.
• Monitoring and analyzing processes through presence on the production floor, process controls, and the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Driving process qualifications and developing test plans for new processes, tools, and products in close collaboration with other engineering teams.
• Leading improvement projects and investments, including the evaluation of new tools and suppliers, as well as preparing decision-making materials.
• Documenting and reporting on technical work, such as writing reports, test plans, and technical analyses.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Technical Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments.
