Job Description:

As a Cashier and Information Assistant at BAUHAUS, you play a vital role as the face of our company towards our customers. You will work at our checkout counters handling standard cashier duties, as well as at our information desk providing customer service by answering questions via the counter, email, and phone. You are also our first point of contact for handling complaints and returns, which is why it is important that you have a humble attitude, are service-minded, and professional in addressing your customers' needs and requests.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is skilled at it, with a strong focus on service and customers. We appreciate that you are solution-oriented and have a positive attitude towards your surroundings. You need to be outgoing, independent, and flexible to thrive in this role. We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity. Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. It is an extra plus if you are practical-minded with industry experience and/or have been a tradesperson, but this is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken). As part of this recruitment process, we will request a certificate of good conduct.
