ETAL Group is a global player specializing in high-performance magnetic components, primarily transformers and inductors. ETAL is part of the Magnetics business area within KAMIC Group – a larger conglomerate with approximately 80 companies and operations in 19 countries. The organization is characterized by long-term vision, entrepreneurship, and close collaboration with customers throughout the entire product lifecycle. In Sweden, ETAL has offices in Spånga, Stockholm, and Eslöv.

As an Order Administrator at ETAL, you will become an important part of the sales chain and a key person in contact with the company's customers. The role primarily involves the administration and coordination of customer orders, where you handle orders, perform contract reviews, register orders in the business system Jeeves, follow up on deliveries, and manage quote requests. The position is located at the office in Spånga, where you will be part of a small team and share premises with other companies within the Kamic Group.

You work with both new and returning customers and are responsible for ensuring that the correct information is registered in the systems and that customer communication is professional and efficient. You have daily contact with internal functions such as sales, purchasing, and logistics. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate administrative tasks, have an eye for detail, and enjoy a coordinating role with many points of contact.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured manner, has good communication skills, and is confident in handling administrative processes in business systems. As a person, you are meticulous, patient, and responsible. You like order and structure, are service-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others. You can switch between different tasks while maintaining organization and delivering quality. In addition, you have:

• Experience in order administration, customer service, or inside sales.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an asset.
• Experience working in business systems.
