Chef for Large-Scale Kitchen 100% – Tellusfood Enköping

Do you want to work in a large kitchen where quality, sustainability, and collaboration are in focus?

Tellusfood is now looking for an engaged chef for our catering kitchen, Robinson, in Enköping. Here, we prepare approximately 800 portions daily for preschools and schools, focusing on nutritious and sustainable food cooked from scratch.

As a chef with us, you will work together with a colleague in our production kitchen, handling daily deliveries to two preschools, four schools, and six departments within the preschool. The work includes preparing daily lunches and special diets, packing meals, purchasing, working with food data systems, and daily routines regarding hygiene, dishwashing, cleaning, goods receiving, and self-control according to HACCP. You will also have contact with courier services, clients, schools, and preschools.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have chef training or equivalent experience, as well as at least three years of experience from large-scale kitchens, catering, or restaurant kitchens. You have good knowledge of special diets, allergen-friendly food, self-control, and food hygiene. You have good computer skills, are proficient in Swedish both orally and in writing, and can start work at 06:00.

It is an advantage if you have HACCP training, experience with Mashie or other food data systems, experience from preschool or school kitchens, and a B driver's license.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, stress-resistant, and service-oriented. You enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to a positive work environment.
