Braviken Paper Mill is one of the world's most production-efficient paper mills. Your future challenge

In Braviken, we have a total of 10 shift managers, with 5 working towards the paper machines and 5 towards pulp production, energy, and environment. As one of the shift managers moves on to new challenges, we are now looking for another shift manager. As a shift manager, you follow your shift team's working hours. The production team consists of 20 employees on the paper machines and 11 employees in pulp production, energy, and environment. The shift manager we are looking for will work towards pulp production and energy/environment, but the production shift managers replace each other and collaborate closely.

As a shift manager, you have a combined role with both personnel and operational responsibility. As the closest manager to your shift team, you have responsibility for the work environment and actively work to contribute to employee development. You lead operations by coordinating production during your shift and making decisions based on given conditions. You are also an active part of Braviken's ongoing work with electricity trading. To help you in your work, you have competent colleagues and close collaboration with other shift and day-shift staff within the section.

Furthermore, you are responsible for following up on operations through target monitoring and, together with the section manager, contribute to the budget work affecting your shift team.

You communicate clearly and ensure that messages get through. You have the ability to create engagement and involvement and work actively with feedback. Decision-making is part of everyday life, and you collaborate well with other people.

You find it easy to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish. Furthermore, you are computer literate and have a good ability to learn new systems.

You who apply have knowledge of the process industry and understanding of the operations. If you have leadership experience, we see this as an advantage.
