Are you a resourceful painter? We are currently looking for a painter for the Technical Office's Property Department.

As a painter with us, you work with maintenance and repair of surface coatings in the municipality's properties. Your tasks range from preparatory work such as spackling and sanding to painting and wallpapering. You are responsible for performing the work with high quality and plan your work in consultation with colleagues and supervisors.

The work involves great variation, and you encounter many different environments, from schools and nursing homes to other municipal operations.

At the Technical Office, we are responsible for a broad area of operations including property, street-park, development, and planning. As a painter, you belong to the Property Department together with five carpenters and one other painter. The Property Department is responsible for new construction and renovation of the municipality's properties, such as preschools, schools, elderly care buildings, and sports facilities. We manage, maintain, and operate the municipality's buildings, totaling approximately 220,000 square meters of space.

We are looking for someone who thrives in independent and responsible work but also finds it easy to collaborate. You work in a structured and efficient manner and have an eye for detail. Qualifications

• We are looking for you who have education from the upper secondary school's construction and civil engineering program or other equivalent education.
• Documented experience in painting work.
• Category B driver's license.
• We place great importance on personal qualities.
