We are now looking for an engaged and structured Order Receiver to join us and contribute to our continued success.

About the Role

As an Order Receiver at RS Nordic, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and ability to provide first-class customer service make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders with high efficiency and precision.
• Customer Service: Provide professional interaction, handle customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administration: Responsible for correct documentation and tracking of order history.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure fast and accurate delivery to our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in order receiving, customer service, or similar roles is highly advantageous.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle details carefully even under time pressure.
• Service Orientation: Documented experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Flexibility: Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and customer needs.
• Sales Acumen: Experience in identifying and acting on sales opportunities is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in order receiving, logistics, or the food industry is highly advantageous, especially if you have worked with restaurant or wholesale operations.
