Find your home with us!
Finding home to oneself is what we all want. But what is included in the feeling of home? Proximity to work? The feeling of making a difference? The ski track around the corner? Perhaps your home has actually changed places. Perhaps it lies somewhere else. Perhaps you find it here in Ragunda Municipality!
Ragunda Municipality is located in eastern Jämtland and borders among others Sollefteå, Sundsvall, and Östersund municipalities. We have just over 5,000 inhabitants distributed across about 40 villages, as well as the three urban areas of Bispgården, Hammarstrand, and Stugun, all located along the Indalsälven river. In the east, the settlement is concentrated in the river valley, while the western part also offers a forested landscape traversed by the Natura 2000-classified Ammerån river.
