We are now looking for a consultant for a long-term assignment with an established player in the real estate sector in Stockholm. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to an important business and become part of an engaged team focused on quality, service, and stable operations.

In the role of Project Administrator/System Administrator, you will work with ongoing administration and system management related to commercial properties in the real estate system Fast2.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Registration of lease agreements
• Handling of terminations and transfers
• Administration of deposits
• Ensuring correct data in Fast2
• Ongoing system administration and quality assurance
• Contact with the finance department regarding invoice documentation
• Support in administrative processes related to commercial properties

You are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with existing workflows and work independently in the role.

• Has experience working in Fast2
• Has 3–5 years of experience from the real estate industry
• Is accustomed to administrative work and system management
• Is detail-oriented, structured, and responsible
• Has good collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Thrives working independently and taking initiative

📅 Start: June 2026
📅 Assignment duration: Until January 2027, with possibility of extension
📍 Location: Stockholm
⏰ Scope: Full-time, 100%
🏢 Work format: Primarily on-site, with some possibility of remote work by agreement
