About the job

In the support team, where you will become an important part, you will have the opportunity to drive and influence working methods and continuous improvement work for our support flows.

As a support employee, you will work in a supportive, educational, and pedagogical manner with cases from our resellers and users.

You will primarily work with advice, troubleshooting, and investigation, but also some testing and documentation work. In connection with the employment, you will receive thorough training on our products and methods.

The position is a temporary contract of approximately 1 year, starting in mid-August (or earlier if possible). Possibility of extension may exist.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have education with a focus on business administration, accounting, or commerce and administration. You have knowledge in ongoing bookkeeping, e.g., invoices, payments in and out, and VAT returns.

As a person, you are a team player with a service mindset who appreciates customer contact and has a passion for problem-solving.
