We are looking for an experienced procurement specialist who wants to help develop our operations within purchasing and procurement.

Job Description:

As a procurement specialist at Bostaden, you will support managers and project leaders in all matters concerning purchasing, procurement, and contracts. Procurements are carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU), which involves everything from writing request for proposals, reviewing procurement documents, evaluating bids to participating in various investigative assignments. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the procurement is done correctly from a legal perspective and to continuously follow up, control, and quality-assure our contracts and purchases. The role also includes driving development and improvement of the procurement and purchasing process together with Bostaden's other procurement specialists, focusing on the three sustainability areas: economic, social, and ecological.

You will also work with internal training, information to the organization, and together with the business unit managers, you will participate in the company's quality follow-up with our many contractual contractors.

You report directly to the Financial Manager and will work independently together with Bostaden's other procurement specialists.

Competence Profile:

We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree, or alternatively experience that we assess as equivalent. You should also have good experience of working with procurement and purchasing, preferably within public operations or public companies. Familiarity with interpreting rules and law is seen as meritorious, as well as practical experience of working with LOU and construction procurements (AB04/ABT06).

Personal Qualities:

The position places high demands on your personal qualities. To fit the role as a procurement specialist, you are structured, quality-conscious, and have a very good ability to collaborate and negotiate with others, as well as create good relationships both internally and externally. You should be business-minded, able to work independently, and have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are a calm and stable person who has the ability to work systematically even in stressful situations.

If you like to take initiative and start activities to achieve results, as well as see issues from a larger perspective - this might be the job for you.
