About the role

We are looking for a customer service representative for a summer assignment located at Odenplan in Stockholm. You will become an important part of a team that helps customers every day via phone, chat, and email – handling everything from deliveries and invoices to package tracking and general inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with questions regarding deliveries, invoices, returns, and other common issues
• Work efficiently and with a service mindset, even under high pressure

Conditions

• Employment type: Temporary staffing via Simplex Bemanning
• Location: Odenplan, Stockholm
• Working hours: Variable – daytime, evenings, and weekends according to schedule
• Scope: Minimum 80%, hours usually correspond to full-time
• Salary: According to agreement
• Start date: June 25
• Assignment period: June 25 – September
• Vacation: Possibility of 1–2 weeks of vacation during the period, subject to agreement

We are looking for someone who

• Is quick, clear, and professional in communication
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is flexible and can work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and enjoys customer interaction
