As a Loader at the Dagab warehouse in Hisings Backa, you are responsible for safely, efficiently, and with high quality loading finished pallets. Your work is a crucial part of the chain that ensures goods reach stores across the country on time.

You will become part of the transport team, where collaboration, team spirit, and communication are key. Together, you work across departmental boundaries to create efficient and reliable transports every day. The pace here is fast and the goal is clear: deliveries must be made on time, at the correct temperature, and with as low environmental impact as possible.

The work takes place in different temperature zones and is both physically demanding and varied, with periods of high tempo.

As a Loader at Dagab, your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting with loading transports - This varies from assisting drivers with loading to, in some cases, loading the truck yourself.

• Consolidating load carriers - Combining pallets to reduce the space required on trucks.

• Acting as the transport's "extended arm" on the floor

Other tasks may become relevant in the long run.

In this role, you work 05:00–13:45 and work may take place on any day of the week. You will receive a schedule for the entire summer.

The role starts with mandatory training during week 23 or week 24.

The position is a fixed-term full-time job for the summer, with the possibility of extension for the right person.

Dagab creates, stores, and delivers the assortment to Axfood Group's chains such as Hemköp, Willys, City Gross, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. We also develop our own brands, including Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for work throughout the entire summer (June, July, and August).
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Forklift license A1–4 and experience with forklift operation.
• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar fields.

• Positive if you have been or are active in any sport.
• Experience with loading, unloading, or work in outbound logistics.
• CE driving license (truck license).

You have a positive attitude, take responsibility for your work, and are someone others can trust. You work independently and have the ability to see the big picture, while maintaining calm and making good decisions even when the pace is fast.

You enjoy collaborating and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group. In this role, you have daily contact with colleagues, other departments, and drivers, making communication and teamwork essential for smooth operations. You respect different perspectives, backgrounds, and languages and contribute to an inclusive work environment.

The work as a loader varies between intensive periods with many incoming trucks and calmer moments. You are comfortable in both situations. When pressure is high, you prioritize correctly, and when the pace is slower, you take initiative and identify what needs to be done.
