We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a product team working on developing and improving digital user experiences related to live and streamed content in our app and website.

This role is perfect for someone who excels at turning user and audience data into clear insights and concrete recommendations. You will work closely with product teams, editorial staff, and decision-makers to understand user behavior, improve user journeys, and contribute to data-driven product development.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze user behavior related to live and streamed content
• Work with funnel, cohort, and retention analyses
• Identify areas for improvement in digital user journeys
• Monitor the impact of changes in the app and website
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for product teams, editorial, and management

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2–3 years of experience as an analyst within public digital platforms, such as streaming, media, e-commerce, or similar
• Experience with Google Analytics/Google's analytics products, Google Tag Manager, and tracking
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• A good understanding of how content, product experience, and distribution work together to create reach, loyalty, and user value
• Very good communication skills in Swedish

Merits:

• Experience with Looker Studio/Data Studio or Power BI
• Understanding of personalization, algorithms, and recommendation systems
• Interest in digital behavior, new platforms, and algorithm changes
