Eccera is now looking for a service-oriented and technically interested Onsite IT Technician for our client within the defense industry in Karlskoga. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a business-critical and security-classified environment where you become an important part of daily IT delivery and user support.

About the role
As an Onsite IT Technician, you work to ensure a stable and efficient IT environment for the business. You support users directly on-site and help with everything from incident management and client support to the installation of workstations, conference rooms, and network-adjacent equipment.
You become part of a team responsible for local IT support, working with both daily support cases and larger rollouts or change projects.
Your responsibilities
In the role, you will among other things work with:
- Troubleshooting and support of computers, mobile devices, and other client-adjacent equipment
- Handling incidents and orders requiring onsite support
- Installation and delivery of computers, accessories, and workstations
- Support and troubleshooting of printers and conference room technology
- Simpler network-related tasks and physical handling of equipment
- Documentation in case management systems and knowledge bases
- Administration in Microsoft environments such as Active Directory and Office 365
- Collaboration with other support functions during outages and changes
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with IT support or onsite support in a corporate environment
- Has good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments
- Is accustomed to working in case management systems and preferably according to ITIL
- Has a strong technical interest and enjoys working close to users
- Is service-oriented, self-initiative, and solution-oriented
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- Active Directory, Office 365, and client management
- Networking, printers, and conference room technology
- Security-classified or business-critical environments
Other
The position is located in Karlskoga, and work is primarily performed on-site at the client's premises. The role is linked to a security-classified operation, which means that a security clearance check will be conducted prior to employment.
