🔌 Project Manager – Local Electricity Grid (0.4–24 kV)

🌟 About the role

We are currently looking for a Project Manager within the electricity grid (0.4–24 kV) who wants to help build the electricity infrastructure of the future. We are looking for both juniors who want to grow and seniors with extensive experience.

You will be employed by us at Xtenso. We are a small but well-established consultancy that has successfully delivered design, preparation, and project management services to some of Sweden's largest grid owners for many years.

⚙️ Your responsibilities

• Responsible for project meetings.
• Lead practical work and represent the company to various stakeholders.
• Handle administration, documentation, and project management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety aspects.
• Working with budgets, cost calculations, and risk management is an essential part of the role.

🔧 We believe you have

• A degree from upper secondary school/university/higher education in electrical power or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the role within distribution/local grids for 0.4–24 kV.
• Independent project management experience within distribution/local grids with various customer connections and substations.
• Knowledge of EBR, AMA-installation, and AMA-electricity for distribution/local grids.
• Experience in contract law and risk analysis work.

✅ Requirements

• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Category B driver's license.
• Ability to work on-site at our offices or out in the field every week.
• Follow guidelines and documentation requirements.
