We are currently looking for a Team Leader with expertise in cleaning and service services, and with a keen sense of how to deliver exactly Great Service!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating clean and welcoming environments through daily cleaning of premises.
• Working with modern tools and eco-friendly methods.
• Contributing to high hygiene standards and well-being for both employees and visitors.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and management.
• Being responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work within the cleaning team. You are a key person in ensuring that assignments are carried out with high quality, that routines are followed, and that customers are satisfied.

The working hours for this position follow the needs of the business.

Requirements for the position:

• At least 18 years old
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written
• Experience in service and cleaning, preferably as a team leader or supervisor with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and service-minded
• Valid driver’s license

Merits:

• Education in SRY/Pryl or similar training
