About the role

For our customers in Finspång, we are now looking for a full-time Cleaner specializing in special cleaning tasks such as floor care, window cleaning, and deep cleaning.

As a specialist cleaner, you and your colleagues play a vital role in ensuring the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors.

The position is full-time, permanent, with an initial six-month probationary period. Working hours are evenings/nights.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, sensitive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are sensitive to the customer's needs and have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. In addition, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We would appreciate it if you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A driver's license and experience with floor care and window cleaning are required; it is an advantage if you have lift certification and knowledge of chemical handling.
