The role combines advisory services, sales, and relationship building, with the goal always being to create an inspiring and smooth customer experience from the first meeting to the completed sale.

About the role

As a Curtain Expert at Gotain, you conduct home visits for customers in Stockholm and the surrounding area. During these visits, you assist the customer with advice on curtain selection, materials, functionality, and measurements – always with a high level of service and a sense for the customer's needs and home.

The role involves 2–4 customer meetings per day, and meeting times may vary to accommodate customer demand. You are responsible for conducting your meetings in a professional, engaged, and business-driven manner. In connection with the home visit, you compile quotes and actively work on follow-up and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional and inspiring home visits
• Help customers find the right curtain solution based on style, function, and needs
• Take measurements and ensure correct solutions before ordering
• Create and follow up on quotes
• Actively work with sales and conversion
• Manage customer dialogue throughout the entire process

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident and natural in customer interactions
• Has previous experience in sales and service
• Is relationship-building, empathetic, and solution-oriented
• Thrives working towards goals and driving business forward
• Has an interest in interior design, color, and form
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
