RESPONSIBILITIES

As we have employees who will be on study leave, we are now looking for a replacement. You will be part of a team consisting of 3 physiotherapists, 4 occupational therapists, and 1 rehabilitation assistant. You are offered an stimulating and flexible job where you largely control your own working day with significant personal responsibility. You work closely together with other professions in the municipal healthcare sector.

Your responsibilities include examining and treating patients with a range of conditions, including but not limited to neurology, mental health issues, cognitive impairment, musculoskeletal disorders, and intellectual disabilities. In addition, you conduct various assessments such as functional, mobility, and assistive device assessments, as well as assistive device fittings.

Furthermore, you play a key role in the competence development of other healthcare personnel within the municipality by contributing your expertise and experience through further education and supervision.

You primarily meet patients in their homes or in special housing/group homes.
The home healthcare service is based at Hagens elderly care facility, covering the entire municipality of Herrljunga.

Travel for work purposes may occur. The workplace applies flexible working hours agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience within municipal healthcare is advantageous, but we also welcome recent graduates or those with experience in other areas.

• You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• You thrive working independently, organizing, and planning your working day effectively based on set goals.
• You are able to handle unforeseen situations, prioritize, and restructure your day when new situations arise.
• Since you meet many different people in various situations, it is important that you can adapt your communication and approach.
