Help others live a good life. We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with experience or interest in working with people.

Within home care, we support and lift each other. As an occupational therapist, you work together with physiotherapists, providing preventive, habilitative, and rehabilitative measures for individuals belonging to LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and SOL (Social Services Act). You work with people living in special housing, ordinary housing, as well as those staying in short-term care, of different ages and with various diagnoses.

You work in teams around each patient, all to ensure the person gets the absolute best opportunities to develop. The team includes nurses, rehabilitation assistants, social workers, care staff, and area managers. Sometimes you also have contact with relatives and collaborate with other professional groups such as dietitians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, doctors, psychologists, and social workers.

Your responsibilities include:

• investigating and assessing the need for occupational therapy interventions, for example, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assessments
• participating in care planning
• testing, adjusting, and prescribing physical and cognitive aids
• adapting the living environment

To fit the role, you need to be someone who finds it easy to analyze situations and prefers to see solutions rather than problems. You are receptive and clear, and have an easy time collaborating.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist.
• You have a B-class driver's license.
• Professional experience is meritorious.
• We place importance on personal qualities.
