We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and eager to develop within the industry. You have a positive attitude, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy finding solutions when challenges arise. You thrive in a team but are also comfortable taking initiative. Previous experience in industry, production, or assembly is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

For this role, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, hold a driver's license, have access to a car, and be familiar with using tools. Experience in assembly or industrial work is advantageous.

Our recruitment process

This vacancy concerns a temporary assignment (contractor), meaning the most suitable candidate is employed by IndustriSupport but performs their daily work at the client company. The client company is responsible for work supervision, while IndustriSupport is the employer and responsible for the personnel. Both parties collaborate continuously to ensure a shared responsibility for the work environment. Temporary assignments often lead to permanent employment with the client company.
