About the Role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 6 months, with immediate start. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

In the role of Booking Administrator, you will primarily work with booking management, where much of the communication takes place via email and various systems. The tasks are often event-driven and may sometimes require supplementary actions. You are responsible for handling incoming bookings via email and phone, as well as sending confirmations and relevant information to carriers. The work mainly involves booking domestic and international transports as well as less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and requires good knowledge of delivery terms and customs clearance processes. In this role, you have many contact points, both internally and externally, and communication is primarily conducted via email and phone. You ensure quality at all levels and also participate in improvement work, where your own ideas for developing tasks and working methods are encouraged.

The work includes among other things:

• Handle incoming bookings via internal systems, email, and phone

• Send booking confirmations and information to carriers

• Work with bookings for domestic and international transports

• Actively follow up and ensure our quality requirements

• Ensure correct handling of delivery terms

• Work with customs clearance processes

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Completed upper secondary education

• Experience in customer service and/or administration

• Experience within logistics and transport is an advantage

• Knowledge of domestic and international bookings, delivery terms, and customs clearance

• Good computer and system skills

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
