The Role of Nurse Aide/Assistant

As an assistant here, you will participate in all stages of the nursing process and follow the patient from admission to discharge. Furthermore, you will contribute to the implementation of care and treatment plans and coordinate patient treatment in collaboration with the rest of the team. We offer a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are trained as a nurse aide/assistant and have a strong interest in psychiatric work and its patient groups. Experience in psychiatric care is desirable but not required. To thrive with us, we believe you are someone who expresses a positive attitude towards your work. You are secure and stable and have the courage to act according to your own convictions.

Since our working days vary, it is important that you can adapt easily to changing circumstances. Your ability to collaborate and put yourself in others' perspectives is highly valued, as the job involves working with many different people. Personal suitability is given great importance.
