About the position

We are now looking for two digitalization developers with a focus on AI and automation who want to help establish and further develop the municipality's capabilities in AI, automation, and data-driven development.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally to introduce innovative solutions that strengthen operations and create concrete benefits.

As a digitalization developer with a focus on AI and automation, you will be part of the municipality's IT and digitalization function and work closely with the operations and the digitalization strategies of the departments. The role involves developing technical solutions and contributing to turning AI opportunities into practical operational benefits.

The positions are new, which means you will have a central role in shaping working methods, approaches, and solutions in the area, with a focus on automation and operational benefit.

The positions are permanent full-time roles with immediate effect or as agreed.

Responsibilities

In the role of digitalization developer, you will:

• Develop and implement AI-based solutions for the municipality's operations.
• Work on integrations between operational systems and AI services.
• Contribute to the introduction and management of AI platforms and services.
• Analyze operational needs and identify use cases for AI.
• Develop automated processes and data-driven working methods.
• Establish guidelines, working methods, and processes within AI and automation.
• Collaborate with departments, IT, and other municipalities in Sweden.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant academic education or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.
• Experience in system development.
• Knowledge of or practical experience with AI/ML, data-driven development, or automation.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of information security and data protection.
• Experience from the public sector.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
