The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is the Store Manager’s (SM) most important support and deputy, contributing directly to the store's commercial success and operational quality.
The ASM ensures a clear leadership presence in the store and creates an inspiring environment focused on operations, service, teamwork, and results. The role acts as the Store Manager's deputy when needed, contributing to motivating, coaching, and supporting the team in achieving their goals and delivering a strong customer experience.
The Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager work closely together, complementing each other in experience, competence, and leadership focus. The ASM may have responsibility for a defined sales area or an operational function in the store, with clear ownership and responsibility for execution.

As a person, you are a natural part of the team and lead through engagement, responsibility, and a clear example in everyday life. Together with the Store Manager (SM), you create energy, direction, and momentum in the daily work.
Responsibilities
- Act as deputy to the Store Manager and take full leadership responsibility when needed
- Lead daily operations with a strong commercial focus and high service level
- Drive initiatives related to increasing sales, profitability, and productivity
- Be responsible for defined sales areas or operational functions in the store
- Ensure the execution of campaigns, visual merchandising, and store standards
- Ensure compliance with routines regarding operations, staffing, and safety
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
Qualifications
- Leadership experience from retail
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while delivering strong commercial and operational results
- Good understanding of store operations and retail processes
- Fluency in the local language and good knowledge of English
Duration/Working Hours
The position is a permanent full-time role (38.25 hours/week) starting no later than September 1, 2026. Probation period applies. Variable working hours, including days, evenings, and every other weekend.
