Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at BAUHAUS, you are a key player and the face of our company towards our customers. You will work with your specific department(s) and primarily focus on the assortment available in those areas. Your role involves acting as a consultant and selling the right products to our customers.

You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who all work together to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and staff. BAUHAUS offers a large, varied, and exciting assortment, which creates great variety in the work. You will feel at home here! Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of Sales Associate, you need to be service-oriented and customer-focused. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.

We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance is placed on your personal qualities. It is a plus if you are hands-on, have industry experience, and/or have worked as a craftsman, but this is not a requirement.

You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken).

The position is a part-time temporary assignment, 7.5 hours per week, working every other weekend.
