Your Role
As a machinery salesperson in Halland, you will be based at our facility in Plönninge and become part of an engaged team, collaborating closely with service, spare parts, and sales colleagues. You will be responsible for the sales of new and used machinery in Halland and will actively work with customer processing, relationship building, marketing activities, and sales strategy. You will work in a team characterized by strong collaboration, while maintaining strong personal drive to achieve your goals. To succeed in this role, it is important to be out in the field close to the customer and to understand the farmers' operations. As a salesperson in the area, you will report to the Sales Manager South and be part of the country's sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and developing long-term customer relationships
- Driving sales towards set goals
- Participating in demonstrations of our machinery in the field, at trade fairs, machinery exhibitions, and well-attended customer evenings
- Following up and analyzing business deals
- Participating in training and competence development internally and with suppliers

Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in machinery and agriculture. You have documented experience in sales, preferably within agriculture and/or machinery.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
- Strong business focus and personal drive
- Good communication skills
- Technical interest and knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Computer proficiency and good administrative skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A valid Category B driver's license is required
You are trustworthy and accustomed to collaborating with others, are receptive and persistent. You enjoy taking responsibility for the big picture but also have the ability to focus on details.
The role involves travel both within Sweden and abroad.
Experience in agriculture is a big plus!
