OneMed is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of medical technology products and services to the healthcare sector. At the office in Härnösand, you will become part of a customer service team of 23 people where collaboration, community, and helpfulness permeate everyday life. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment initially extends until the turn of the year with good opportunities for extension, provided that the collaboration works well between all parties.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be an important contact person for customers and partners. You primarily work with incoming inquiries via phone and email and are responsible for providing professional, positive, and solution-oriented service. The role also includes administrative tasks related to order processing and case administration in internal systems.

You will primarily:

• Provide professional service and support to customers via phone and email
• Handle and register incoming customer inquiries
• Administer orders in internal systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality in all stages

We are looking for you who

• Have previous experience in service-oriented work
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work
• Have good computer skills and find it easy to work in multiple systems simultaneously
• Enjoy a role where you can combine customer contact and administration

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience within customer service or support
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
