Route 50 in Ullånger consists of approximately 3 employees, and we operate on weekdays with 2 buses. Together with our client Din Tur, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in this area.
Personal qualities and qualifications
As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and secure manner and always drive safely and with environmental awareness. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver and our passenger promise. This means that you:
- Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
- Drive safely, comfortably, and greenly, following all traffic regulations
- Take care of the bus and report if you see damage or risks
- Contribute to a good working environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Keep yourself updated and participate in necessary training
We are looking for you who:
- Have a Swedish Category D driving license and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (YKB)
- Have good knowledge of Swedish
- Can work varying hours
As a new employee, you will receive a good introduction and the opportunity to continue developing.

We offer a permanent employment at 87% with a 6-month probation period.
Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, you can get credit for years (within the EU) for placement in the salary scale.
Digital tests are sent via email and must be approved for you to proceed. A health examination is conducted before employment. A check of your criminal record is sent via email and approved by you with BankID.

About the Position
You will become part of a leading player in public transport, with approximately 15,000 colleagues in several countries. Here, we work every day to ensure the journey is safe, punctual, and pleasant – for both passengers and drivers.
As a bus driver on route 50, you will:
- Drive scheduled traffic according to timetables and current regulations
- Provide service and treat passengers in a friendly and respectful manner
- Handle the ticketing system and provide simple information to passengers
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, tidy, and report any defects
- Contribute to a safe, secure, and pleasant environment on board
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who like people, like driving, and take responsibility – in that order.
We believe that you:
- Have a Category D driving license and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (YKB) for buses
- Have at least 1–2 years of experience driving a bus or other heavy vehicle, preferably within the EU
- Communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Are calm, stable, and secure even when things get a bit stressful
- Have a service-oriented and respectful attitude towards all passengers
