About the Production Manager role

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient planning in daily operations, resource securing, transport management, and order processing. The focus is on creating high delivery security and smooth flows. You may also be responsible for driving smaller projects. You work continuously to develop and streamline operations by identifying improvement opportunities that strengthen both revenue and cost-efficiency for customers, carriers, and Axavia. In addition, administrative tasks such as registering new customer setups, handling orders, and preparing quotations are included.

Who are you?

In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, you are primarily solution-focused, organized, and used to meeting deadlines. You also have good communication skills, are entrepreneurial, engaged, driving, and meticulous. You are socially competent with good collaboration skills, take responsibility for your tasks, and remain calm and controlled in stressful situations.

We are looking for someone with good computer skills, knowledge of transport management and/or sales. Experience working with transport and logistics is an advantage.

You have:

• High school education or equivalent work experience.
• The ability to understand and express yourself well in Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Mobilast or similar systems.
