Sales-oriented Moving Consultant for a Growing Relocation & Transport Company

At Creja, we are looking for a sales-oriented moving consultant for an established and growing company in the relocation and transport industry, with a strong focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

As a moving consultant, you are the customer's first point of contact and play a key role in creating a smooth and positive moving experience. You work with incoming leads, guiding customers through the entire booking process – from initial contact to quote, advice, and booking.

The role includes, among other things:

• Contact with new customers via phone and email
• Advising on moving services and transport solutions
• Quoting and customer follow-up
• Bookings and coordination of assignments
• Administrative tasks related to sales

You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a driven team where service and sales go hand in hand.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, communicative, and enjoys interacting with customers
• Has a structured work approach and can handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Is service-oriented and solution-focused
• Is proficient with computers
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

Experience in sales, customer service, or booking is advantageous but not required.
