As a Tool Designer, you will play a central role in further developing, improving, and maintaining advanced tools used in the assembly of complex structures. The work involves creating and updating 2D and 3D documentation, ensuring buildability, ergonomics, and quality, as well as reviewing and quality-assuring colleagues' designs. You will work closely with design, product design, purchasing, and international partners, contributing to the introduction of new technology and maintaining standards for tooling and production processes. The role is varied and combines drafting work with practical elements, where you support operators and ensure that the tools function as intended. You handle everything from load-bearing fixtures and assembly tools to special tools for drilling, fitting, and tolerance control. • Post-secondary education at university level in design, production technology, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with CAD (MDB).
• Very good knowledge of English due to international collaboration.

• Experience with Catia, preferably as a Tool Designer.
• Work experience from the defense industry.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
