We are now looking for a new person who will work with a focus on maintenance and repair of flight systems and associated equipment. The section is responsible for technical support within mechanics, hydraulics, electromechanics, safety equipment, and structure for both military and civilian platforms. The operations include planning, production engineering, and production support. The role involves ensuring that maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with current instructions, regulations, and quality requirements. You work closely with the technicians in the workshop and are responsible for:

• Reviewing and ensuring correct execution of repairs
• Following existing instructions and initiating and driving updates when necessary
• Ensuring that changes are approved by the quality function
• Supporting technicians with technical issues that arise during work
• Contributing to improvement work within processes and instructions
• Participating in testing and verification of repaired components

The work is carried out independently with personal responsibility, but in close connection with colleagues within the section. The role involves handling several parallel tasks and being able to reprioritize when necessary. The training period is approximately one year, and you will be assigned a mentor until certification. We are looking for a person with a clear technical interest and a practical background. • Technical education, e.g., University College Engineer in mechanical engineering, maintenance technology, or equivalent
• Practical experience in maintenance, repair, or production (approx. 1.5–3 years or more)
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions
• High accuracy and safety awareness
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience from the aviation, automotive, or defense industry
• Background as a technician, e.g., automotive mechanic or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in maintenance of aircraft or pilot equipment
