Job Responsibilities

As a retail salesperson, you will become part of a tight-knit team of five people. Together, you are responsible for sales in the store in Varberg and for creating a first-class customer experience.

In this role, you will meet customers both in the store, over the counter, and via phone. You will also handle daily store tasks and actively contribute to developing and strengthening sales. An important part of the job is being involved in creating an inspiring and professional store environment where the customer is always the focus.

You work both independently and together with your colleagues to build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers, as well as local partners.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in sales and retail
• Has experience from the construction industry or a related field
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a B driving license
