ChopChop is looking for a driven shift leader to join the team!

Are you a natural leader who loves service, is driven by developing others – and wants to grow in a fast-paced environment? Then this is your chance! We are looking for a shift leader at 75% who wants to take the next step in their career and make a difference – both for guests and colleagues.

What does the role of shift leader at ChopChop involve? 🧭

You will be a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. This means you will:

Lead the team with energy, clarity, and a positive attitude – you set the tone for the shift.
Ensure that both the kitchen and service run smoothly – and solve whatever issues arise.
Motivate colleagues, distribute tasks, and create a secure working climate.
Have an eye for detail, love problem-solving, and keep track of both pace and quality.
Support the restaurant manager with certain administrative tasks – such as orders, schedules, and personnel matters.
Contribute to reaching (and preferably exceeding!) sales targets during your shift.

We believe you are the one we are looking for:

We are looking for you who have at least 2 years of experience from the restaurant industry and who feel confident in the role of a leader. You are a person who makes both staff and guests feel seen and motivated. With a solution-oriented and flexible approach, you gladly take responsibility and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant's daily routine. You are positive and professional, with a burning interest in service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

ChopChop is Scandinavia's first drive-thru chain with a focus on Asian cuisine. Our journey began in 2011 in Eskilstuna – and today we are located all over Sweden. Our goal? To change the perception of fast food through good quality, great service, and a calm, pleasant environment for both guests and employees.

Start date as soon as possible according to agreement. The position starts with introduction and training.
