Service Technician

Soreto Services is a comprehensive partner for the repair of fuel facilities, renovations, new installations, facilities, and properties. Soreto takes full responsibility for design, consultation, and installation, and our own workshop provides service ranging from repairs to equipment delivery. Soreto Services is part of the Ohlsson Group, founded in 1998 in Landskrona, with approximately 850 employees today, operations in around 50 municipalities across Sweden, and a turnover of over 1.5 billion. The company assists municipalities and businesses with services within waste management, sludge and water/sewage, recycling, transport, and contracting. The group also includes Ohlssons AB, Puls – Planned Maintenance Service AB, Exellent Syd AB, ÖMAB, and Tintorella Properties AB.

About the Role

As a Service Technician within facilities and fuels, you are responsible for the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our customers' fuel and facility installations. You work both independently and in teams to ensure our work maintains high quality and that our customers receive the best possible service. With us, you will enjoy a varied daily routine where problem-solving, customer contact, and technical assignments go hand in hand.

Soreto has extensive experience in service and maintenance assignments, with a special focus on fuel facilities and properties. Our service and maintenance assignments vary greatly from day to day and require versatile competence in several areas.

We now wish to meet the increased demand for our services in Scania (Skåne) and are therefore looking for a competent and self-motivated service technician.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle, plan, and perform service work on both fuel facilities and at our facility customers.
• Customer contact and problem-solving with broad competence.
• Troubleshooting and repair.
• Quality assurance and documentation of completed work in our systems.

Profile

We are looking for you who are responsible, loyal, structured problem-solver with a technical interest and an eye for detail. You thrive with multiple balls in the air and can work both independently and in a group. As a person, you are solution-oriented and have a genuine interest in delivering quality to our customers in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience within service, facilities, and construction.
• Relevant education or experience in areas such as fuel technology, HVAC, electrical, control and regulation technology, or similar is meritorious.
• Good understanding of technology and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented manner.
• Category B driver's license.
• Computer skills and ability to work in digital systems.

The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. You can work from home or from the head office in Helsingborg depending on your residence, and the region covers all of Scania (Skåne).
