- Collaborating closely with teachers, student health services, guardians, and external actors.
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
- Participating in the planning and follow-up of support measures for the student.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is responsible, sensitive, and genuinely committed to the development of children and young people. You have good collaboration skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
The following qualifications are meritorious:
- Experience working in schools or with students requiring special support.
- Knowledge of visual impairment and alternative tools/assistive devices.
- Experience working with clear pedagogical methods and structural support.
As a person, you are:
- Patient, flexible, and solution-focused.
- Independent and confident in taking responsibility.
- Empathetic and professional in your approach.
- Engaged and positive with a strong focus on the student.
Personal suitability will be given great weight.
