LIA: B2B Account Manager at Miljonbemanning

Do you want to learn sales for real? Not just sit by and watch, but be where deals are actually made.

We are looking for LIA students who want to dive straight into a B2B sales role and build practical experience that lasts beyond graduation. At Miljonbemanning, you become part of the sales team from day one, working closely with experienced Account Managers who will teach you the craft behind building long-term customer relationships.

The role focuses clearly on B2B sales. You will work with prospecting, meeting scheduling, and customer dialogues, gradually understanding how customer needs turn into business.

About the LIA Assignment

As an LIA student with us, you will receive a structured internship with clear responsibilities and progression. You will be assigned a personal supervisor who coaches you continuously and gives you insight into the entire sales process, from initial contact to follow-up.

Theory from school is applied directly to real customer cases.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying new corporate customers
• Scheduling and attending customer meetings together with an Account Manager
• Learning to conduct needs analyses and understand customers' businesses
• Mapping future customer needs and business opportunities
• Supporting CRM, follow-ups, and sales administration

Who Are We Looking For?

You are studying a University College degree (YH) in sales, marketing, economics, or a similar field, and are seeking an LIA where you can take responsibility. You enjoy a fast pace, are curious about business, and find it natural to reach out to new people.

You are:

• Result-driven and self-motivated
• Confident in customer dialogues
• Structured and eager to learn for real

Merits

• Previous experience in customer contact or sales
• Interest in B2B and business development
• Interest in staffing, recruitment, or HR
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
