Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of Etteplan for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Östergötland. This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and you will be employed directly by Etteplan.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager at Etteplan, you will primarily work on-site at the company's customers in the Linköping and Norrköping regions. Assignments vary depending on your background and may include new development, further development, investment projects, or technical maintenance. The role can involve overall responsibility with budget and resource management, or more coordinating sub-project management where you drive activities between, for example, design, procurement, production, and quality.

You work systematically with project planning, milestones, follow-up, and risk management in technically complex environments with high quality requirements. As a consultant, you represent Etteplan within the customer's organization and are expected to work independently, build good relationships, and contribute to professional collaboration.

Assignments vary over time, providing excellent opportunities to develop both your technical and project management skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in Civil Engineering or Higher Education in Engineering, or another relevant university degree
• Has at least 5 years of experience in project management within product development, production technology, or technical maintenance
• Has experience leading or coordinating projects within manufacturing industry
• Has experience working with budgets and participating in budget follow-ups
• Is accustomed to working in business systems and project management systems
• Thrives with many contact points and has good communication skills in both Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you have worked in environments with high quality requirements, technical complexity, and traceability demands. It is also meritorious if you have had previous budget responsibility.
