We are now looking for a Client Partner who wants to make a difference, both for our clients and for Mindit's continued growth.

This is an opportunity for you who have experience in B2B sales and are driven by building strong business relationships with real impact.

About the Role

As a Client Partner, you will play a central role in Mindit's growth journey. You will work closely with CEOs, sales managers, and other decision-makers within some of Sweden's most ambitious companies. Your mission: to understand their challenges and help them succeed – by packaging and selling customized training solutions for individuals, teams, and entire organizations.

You will have 7–12 client meetings per week and work according to our proven methodology, Mindit Way of Working, with clear structure and high quality at every step.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-booked new client meetings, follow up with existing clients, and build long-term business relationships.
  • Create and present proposals that align with the client's business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and lead kick-off meetings together with our consultants.
  • Participate in joint client visits, business development meetings, and team activities.
  • Document and follow up in our CRM system.

Profile

  • Have experience in B2B service sales.
  • Communicate clearly, engagingly, and professionally – both verbally and in writing.
  • Are confident in challenging authorities to create insight in a business-minded and humble way.
  • Have good structure, business acumen, and strong analytical skills.
  • Are accustomed to working with CRM and Office 365.
  • Have an interest in leadership, growth, and learning.
