RESPONSIBILITIES: The position is a combination of order receiving, order administration, inside sales, and warehouse work.

As an Order Receiver, you will answer and follow up on customer inquiries, enter orders, and create quotations. Customer contact is primarily via phone and email, but also includes counter sales in our shop.

Warehouse duties include daily work on our warehouse, such as picking and packing, booking transport, and receiving and dispatching goods.

This position can develop into a Technical Inside Sales role. This involves calculating quotations for countries with different currencies and customs duties, contacting factories in English, and helping customers with problem-solving using technical data, images, or drawings. It entails a lot of manual work, calculations, and logical thinking.

We use personal service to create long-term customer relationships.

• Are flexible and can take initiative to help out where needed, e.g., packing on the warehouse, helping customers in the shop, ensuring packing materials are available, handling cases, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Numerical aptitude and good calculation skills.
• Experience working in a business management system.
• Knowledge of order administration.
• REQUIREMENT: At least a Technical high school program or other form of technical or mechanical competence, interest, and/or understanding.
• REQUIREMENT: TECHNICAL COMPETENCE from education or professional experience within MECHANICS and/or ENGINEERING.
• Valid driver's license.

The position is full-time in Saltsjö-Boo. Fixed salary. Start date upon agreement.
