We are now looking for a commercially driven field sales representative who wants to work with both business and private customers within construction, real estate, and home sectors. This role is perfect for you if you currently sell products such as white goods, kitchens, heat pumps, or construction-related items and want to take the step from retail to a more relationship- and business-oriented role.

With us, you will have a varied daily routine where you work with everyone from construction companies and property owners to housing cooperatives and private individuals. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to final delivery – supported by a strong team in service, installation, and after-sales.

We don’t just sell products; we also install and repair everything we sell. This creates security for the customer and gives you a strong competitive advantage in every deal.

A particular focus area moving forward is air-source heat pumps, where demand is growing significantly. You will become part of our growth journey within Servly Group, where we are building an even stronger holistic offering.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customer relationships within the construction, real estate, and housing cooperative sectors
• Process new customers and identify business opportunities
• Responsible for the sale of white goods, air-source heat pumps, professional machinery (e.g., laundry rooms), as well as services within installation, service, and after-sales
• Identify customer needs and present the right solutions from our range
• Participate in projects, tenders, and deals related to new construction, renovation, and property management
• Collaborate closely with all departments in the office and the service department

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with experience in retail sales or a similar B2B role, preferably within white goods, heat pumps, kitchens, or construction. You are one of the stronger salespeople in your team with a clear business interest and an ambition to develop further within B2B sales. You are relationship-building, driven, and thrive in a role with many contact points. Furthermore, you work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and hold a valid driver’s license (Category B).
