About the role

We are now looking for a Product Manager who wants to take a central role in Utilifeed's continued development journey. This role suits you if you thrive at the intersection of technology, business, and customer value, and are motivated by translating complex needs into clear and commercially viable products. You will become a key bridge between development teams, UX, customer success, sales, and customers, with responsibility for driving and prioritizing product development within your area.

In this role, you will work closely with both technical and commercial functions, contributing to ensuring that products create clear customer value, are scalable, and meet market needs. You will work both strategically and operationally – from roadmaps and requirement specifications to customer dialogues, packaging, and support for the organization regarding products and offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product development and prioritize the roadmap based on customer needs, business value, and commercial potential
• Act as the link between technology, business, and user needs
• Create requirement specifications and work closely with development teams, the CTO, and UX in the development dialogue
• Contribute to packaging, positioning, and development of products and offerings
• Participate in customer dialogues and support sales and customer success teams with product knowledge

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in product management, product development, or technical business-related work in complex B2B environments. You are accustomed to working closely with development teams and have a good ability to translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and technical requirements.

We would prefer that you have experience from, for example, SaaS companies, the energy or infrastructure sector, the real estate industry, or other technology-intensive operations. Experience in energy optimization, digital services, or commercial product strategy is a plus.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
