Björkskatan Health Centre is one of Luleå's largest health centres, with approximately 11,700 registered patients. We serve a diverse and exciting catchment area comprising city dwellers, rural residents, and students at Luleå University of Technology (LTU). Our operations include doctor and nurse clinics, a laboratory, maternal and child health services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and a psychosocial team. We are part of the Norrbotten healthcare selection. Our team consists of just over 40 employees who work closely together to develop our working methods for the benefit of our patients and to create a good working environment.
A new and exciting development is that the new six-year medical education program now includes placements at KUM (Clinical Education Clinic).
We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a Specialist in General Practice and have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written (equivalent to C1 level), as well as knowledge of English. Experience in the profession is an advantage.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you take responsibility in your work with patients and in your collaboration with colleagues. It is important that you, as a doctor, have structure in your daily work, a sense of service, and a holistic view for the benefit of the operations.
What you will work with
Your duties include clinic work, work with the municipality's home care services as well as the municipality's care and nursing homes, and work with maternal and child health services. We offer both digital and physical visits. The health centre is driven by patient needs and works towards a pleasant working environment with varied and stimulating tasks. The work is independent but involves collaboration with a team. Scheduled time is allocated for joint meetings and internal training.

Information about the position
The position is a permanent full-time employment. Working hours are during the day, with on-call and standby duties in the evenings and weekends via the Emergency Centre in Luleå.
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
