SMT Logistics AB is growing alongside one of Sweden's leading players in logistics, and we are therefore seeking responsible and experienced delivery drivers for our refrigerated transport operations in Gothenburg. We are looking for you who prioritize quality, precision, and service – every day, every delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery of temperature-sensitive goods to private individuals, shops, and agents.
• Daily handling of mobile phones, scanning routines, and documentation.
• Loading, unloading, and responsibility for the condition of the goods.
• Customer contact and delivery with a high level of service.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

As a delivery driver, you are the face of the company and ensure that every delivery arrives on time with a smile. We are looking for you who are responsible, service-oriented, and thrive working independently on the roads. You have good physical fitness, are punctual and precise, and spread a positive atmosphere when meeting customers. With flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset, you ensure that every drive becomes a smooth experience for both you and the recipient.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of documented experience in home deliveries, courier, or distribution driving. You are accustomed to working in a structured and independent manner.
• Valid Category B driver's license and very good driving skills in city traffic, on country roads, and on motorways. You navigate smoothly even under time pressure.
• Good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written. Communication with customers and colleagues is a central part of the job.
• Physical endurance and habituation to active work. You have no problem carrying packages, grocery bags, and other goods up stairs when necessary.
• Comfortable with technology. You work comfortably with apps and digital tools to manage routes, notifications, and delivery confirmations.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Good local knowledge of Gothenburg and other parts of Västra Götaland County.
• Experience in similar work.
